Talk to us in your language
You should not have to explain something personal in your second language, or ask your child to translate it for you.
Our team includes support workers who speak Dari and Persian. Ask when you call and we will roster one for you.
1800 017 374You will not meet a stranger
You get to meet your workers before they start. If your regular worker is away, the person who covers is someone you have already met — not whoever was free that day.
How it works
- 1
Tell us what you need
A short message or a phone call. Nothing personal at this stage.
- 2
We call you back
We ring you, listen to what you need, and tell you honestly whether we can help. There is no obligation.
- 3
You meet your workers
Before anything starts, so you know who is coming.
What happens to what you tell us
We use it to work out whether we can help, and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside SESI without asking you first.
Tell us what you need
Two minutes. The first step asks nothing personal, and talking to us does not commit you to anything.

Questions people ask us
Do you actually cover Narre Warren?
Our office is in Narre Warren, so yes. Ring 1800 017 374 and we will tell you straight away whether we can take on your supports and roughly when.
Can I talk to someone in Dari or Persian?
Yes. Our team includes support workers who speak Dari and Persian. Tell us when you call and we will arrange it — both for the first conversation and for the workers who come to you.
Do I need an NDIS plan before I contact you?
No. Plenty of people call before anything is approved, just to understand how it works. We will explain it in plain English and we will not push you into anything.
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes — provider number 4050144347, registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. That matters if your plan is NDIA-managed, because those plans can only use registered providers.
What if my plan is self-managed or plan-managed?
All three work with us — self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed. Tell us which one you are on and we will explain how invoicing works for it.
