Casey is the most populous local government area in the state, and it is still growing fast. That shapes what support looks like here. Established suburbs like Endeavour Hills and Doveton have footpaths, bus routes and shops that have been there for decades. The estates spreading east and south through Clyde and Cranbourne East were paddocks recently enough that some streets still have no bus, no shade and no shops within walking distance.
Why that matters for your supports

Casey is one of the more linguistically diverse council areas in Australia, and support work is intimate: your home, your body, your routines. Doing that through a language barrier is harder than people who have never had to do it imagine. Are you a registered NDIS provider in the City of Casey?
Yes. SESI Care Services is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, provider number 4050144347, and our office is at Level 2, 66 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren, which is in Casey. Registration means we are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards and that NDIA-managed plans can use us.
Do you cover every suburb in Casey?
We deliver in-person supports across Victoria, and Casey is our home council area. What we will not do is promise a specific street, day and time before we have checked. What supports do you provide?
Core Supports: personal care, help around the home, transport, community access, and building daily living skills. We also provide support coordination and recovery coaching, which run by phone and video and are available Australia-wide.
What do you not provide?
We do not provide supported independent living or accommodation-based supports, short term respite or accommodation, or plan management. If that is what you need we will tell you early and point you somewhere better.

It depends on capacity at the time, which changes week to week. Call 1800 017 374 and ask. A provider who says yes to everything is telling you nothing.
