We publish our prices so you can see what your Support at Home budget buys before you call. Travel time between visits is included, and every visit is delivered by our own staff.

All prices are per hour.
Personal care is fully funded under Support at Home. If it’s in your support plan, you pay no contribution for it.
These are SESI’s rates. Your Support at Home provider may add its own fee or loading on top, and this varies between providers. Depending on the service, you may also pay a contribution towards the cost, worked out by Services Australia from your income and assets. Personal care has no contribution. We’ll go through exactly what you’ll pay before anything starts.
How our prices work
- Our own staff. We don’t use subcontractors or labour hire.
- Travel is included. There’s no separate charge for travelling between visits.
- You pay for the time we’re there. Each visit is at least 2 hours, then billed in 15-minute blocks.
- Evenings rates apply when a visit finishes after 8pm. Public holiday rates apply on Victorian public holidays.
- Driving during an outing or shopping trip is included in that hourly price.
- Prices only change under a new or updated service agreement.
- Cancellations at short notice follow your Support at Home provider’s cancellation policy.
- Support at Home services are generally GST-free.
Paying privately
