Local NDIS support, built around you

SESI is a registered NDIS provider based in Narre Warren, supporting people right across Melbourne and Victoria. We bring daily living help, capacity building and allied health together under one team, so your supports stay joined up and shaped around your goals rather than squeezed into a template.

How you feel matters as much as how you’re doing

We take a whole-person approach: caring for physical needs while keeping mental and emotional wellbeing front of mind. Every participant gets an individual care plan and consistent support workers who take the time to know you, your routines and the people around you.

What the right support makes possible

More independence

Practical support to manage daily tasks and make choices that match your goals.

Health and wellbeing together

Physical and mental health supported side by side, in one joined-up plan.

Connection and community

Support to get out, take part and build real relationships close to home.

Clinical and allied health, delivered where you are

Alongside everyday support, our qualified team provides community nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and psychosocial recovery coaching — in your home and community. It’s dignified clinical care outside the hospital setting, coordinated with your GP, family and other providers.

A registered provider you can trust

SESI stands for Support and Enablement for Seniors and Individuals. As a registered NDIS provider (Provider No. 4050144347), we meet the Scheme’s quality and safeguarding standards. Our team also speaks a range of languages — including Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Mandarin, Persian, Farsi and Dari — so more families can get support in the language they are most comfortable with.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why choose SESI Care Services?

We are a registered NDIS provider that brings daily living support, capacity building and allied health together under one team, so your supports stay joined up and built around your goals rather than a template. Referrals are acknowledged within one business day, our team speaks a range of languages, and we support participants across Victoria.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Narre Warren and deliver in-person supports across Victoria. Some areas have a page of their own — Frankston, Clyde North, Narre Warren and Berwick — with the suburbs we cover there. Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching are the exceptions to all of this: they run by phone and video, so we can provide them to participants anywhere in Australia. If you are not sure whether we reach you, call us on 1800 017 374 and we will tell you straight away.

How quickly can SESI start?

We acknowledge every referral within one business day and are honest about our capacity. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you quickly and help point you in the right direction.

Is SESI a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. SESI is a registered NDIS provider (Provider No. 4050144347), which means we meet the quality and safeguarding standards set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
